When shopping online, the customer must register on our website, add the products to the shopping cart and finalize the order.
The products will be sent by registered mail by CTT or another carrier to the indicated address after confirmation of payment.
The shipping cost will depend on the weight, size and type of shipment.
All expenses incurred with shipping of products for repair (even during the warranty period) between Tribrer.pt and the customer will be borne by the latter.
The average delivery time is 24/48 hours for Continental Portugal, after the customer is advised that the goods have been shipped. Tribrer.pt is not responsible for the delays caused by the carriers.
For products to order, the delivery time may exceed 15 working days.
It is possible to pay the billing, through this service (with an additional cost) customers can safely make payments having the carrier as intermediary . If in doubt please ask for information in the contact section.
When payment is by bank transfer, we can only proceed with the shipment of the goods when it is confirmed, that is, that the transfer has been made successfully. However to speed up the process, you can send proof of its transfer.

The value of the postage is shown in the final price presented to you by the page when the order is finalized.
Exchanges, if authorized, will only be accepted within 14 days, provided that the products present their packaging intact.
The cost of the return is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
At orders will only be sent to the collection in the maximum value of 150 €.
The orders with a value higher than 150 € will only be sent after good collection.
